Meet Our Inspectors

Rob Knepshield became a home inspector in 1992 and founded RBS&K Home and Building Inspectors, Inc. the same year. He was also a lead home inspector instructor for ITA (Inspection Training Associates) and Kaplan Professional Schools (the ASHI School in Denver).

In his spare time, Rob has enjoyed many years of horseback riding and camping in the Rocky Mountains with his wife and their dogs.

Industry involvement and recognition:

• Certified Home Inspector with ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors)

• Served as Education Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President and President for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ASHI

• Served as leader of both ASHI’s Colorado Council of Representatives and ASHI’s National Council of Representatives

• Affiliate member of the Aurora Association of Realtors, SMDRA (South Metro Denver Realtors Association), and the Women’s Council of Realtors

• Served on the Affiliate Committees for the Aurora Board of Realtors, the Women’s Council of Realtors and SMDRA (South Metro Denver Realtors Association)

• Named Affiliate of the Year by both the Aurora Board of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors. Presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024 by SMDRA (South Metro Denver Realtors Association)
