Rob Knepshield 

Rob Knepshield became a professional home inspector in 1992 when he started RBS&K Home and Building Inspectors, Inc. 

RBS&K Home & Building Inspectors currently has three inspectors and has performed over 14,000 inspections.  

Rob is an ASHI member; ITA (Inspection Training Associates) trained and been a lead Home Inspection instructor for ITA, Kaplan Professional Schools The ASHI School here in Denver.

 An affiliate member of the Aurora Association of Realtors, South Metro Denver Realtor Association and the Woman's Council of Realtors.

Served as education chairman, treasurer, secretary, vice president, president for the rocky Mountain Chapter of ASHI

Served as the Colorado COR (Council of Representatives) leader and COR group leader for ASHI National.

Served on the Affiliate Committee's for the Aurora Board of Realtors and the Woman's Council of Realtors.

Has been affiliate of the Year for both Auroral Board of Realtors and the Woman's Council of Realtors.

  Rob and his wife, Bev enjoy riding and camping in the mountains with their dogs and horses, in their spare time.

Andres Martinez
Home Inspector

Andy is a native of Colorado and a local resident of Wheatridge, CO. Andy has over 25 years’ experience in both Commercial and Residential construction.  

Andy has recently:

Completed and passed the ASHI Home Inspection School Course.

Is a new member of the ASHI Rocky Mountain Chapter in Colorado.

Passed the National Home Inspectors examination meeting all ASHI Standards and Practices.


After earning his BS in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, Andy previously worked for Raytheon Polar Services and for the National Science Foundation (NSF) with the United Station Antarctic Program (USAP). As a Project Engineer, Andy was directly involved in the construction and completion of the New South Pole Station in Antarctica. He has 13 deployments to Antarctica, with over 72 months of actual ice time, including spending two winters at the South Pole.

A Carpenter by trade, Andy still tinkers with remodeling old houses, enjoys playing volleyball and has a passion for dancing (Latin, Ballroom, Swing and Country).  


Rick Glassman
Home Inspector


Rick is a Colorado native who began his career as a home care specialist in the early 1980s performing quality control walks and customer orientations for a national home builder.  In the late 1990s and early 2000s he was the Operations Manager of an Electronic Contract Manufacturing Company. In 2013 Rick decided to return to his roots and became a professional home inspector.
